ClearStake ("we", "us", "our") is a sports betting analytics and tipping service operated by ClearStake Betting. We provide members with data-driven analysis, betting tips, bet cards, and related content delivered via our Discord server.

ClearStake is not a licensed bookmaker. We do not accept bets, hold funds, or facilitate wagering of any kind. All content we produce represents personal opinions and analytical commentary only.

By accessing or subscribing to ClearStake you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• Sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction;
• You are not accessing the service on behalf of any person who does not meet these requirements; and
• You accept these Terms in full.

We reserve the right to terminate access for any member who we reasonably believe does not meet these requirements.

All tips, analysis, bet cards, model outputs, and commentary provided by ClearStake are for informational and educational purposes only. They represent the personal opinions and analysis of ClearStake personnel and do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or gambling advice as defined under any applicable law.

Nothing we publish should be interpreted as a recommendation to place any specific bet. You are solely responsible for all betting decisions you make. You should consider whether betting is appropriate for your personal financial situation before placing any wager.

Sports betting involves inherent risk and variance. ClearStake makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty, express or implied, that following our tips will result in profit.

Past performance, historical strike rates, profit on turnover figures, return on investment statistics, or any other performance data published by ClearStake are not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of the money you wager.

By subscribing you acknowledge that you have read and understood this risk disclosure and that you accept full responsibility for any financial losses arising from your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClearStake, its operators, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the service;
• Any financial losses resulting from following our tips or analysis;
• Any loss of opportunity, loss of profit, or loss of data;
• Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in our published content; or
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Bookmakers may restrict, limit, or close betting accounts at their sole discretion. ClearStake has no control over bookmaker account management decisions and accepts no liability for any account limitations, restrictions, or closures experienced by members.

Account restrictions imposed by a bookmaker do not entitle you to a refund of your ClearStake subscription fees. If your account is restricted or banned by a bookmaker, we encourage you to contact us via our Discord or at hugo@clearstakebetting.com. While we are not obligated to provide compensation, we will do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a reasonable outcome.

ClearStake subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis and managed through Stripe via your account on this website. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.

• Free trial: New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. No charge is made during the trial period; on the eighth day the subscription auto-converts to the selected plan and your card is charged. You can cancel at any time before day 7 from your account settings to pay nothing.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law. Partial-period refunds are not provided.
• Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service following a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

All content produced by ClearStake, including but not limited to tips, bet cards, model outputs, CSV files, analysis, commentary, and software, is the proprietary intellectual property of ClearStake Betting.

Members are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use this content for their own private betting purposes only. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share tips or bet cards with non-members;
• Publish or reproduce our content on any public platform;
• Use our model outputs or data to build a competing commercial product; or
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to replicate our methodology for commercial gain.

Breach of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund and may give rise to legal action.

By accessing our Discord server and service you agree not to:

• Share subscription access credentials with non-members;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members or ClearStake staff;
• Post misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content; or
• Attempt to manipulate or defraud the service or other members.

We reserve the right to remove any member from the service at our discretion for conduct we consider harmful, with or without notice.

We take responsible gambling seriously. If you believe you may have a problem with gambling, please stop and seek help immediately.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. No questions asked.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our Discord server. Continued use of the service following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
